About NorthGlen
Last updated: May 2026
NorthGlen is a Gdańsk-based reference archive that documents trekking routes, seasonal trail conditions, and natural landscape features across northern Poland. The archive focuses on three main areas: the Tuchola Forest (Bory Tucholskie), Słowiński National Park, and the Masurian Lake District (Pojezierze Mazurskie).
The material published here is compiled from field notes, official PTTK route data, and publicly available sources including the General Directorate for Environmental Protection (GDOŚ) and the Polish Tourist and Sightseeing Society. Route distances and waypoint descriptions are cross-checked against 1:50,000 topographic sheets.
